#40 American Flags

The flags are made with my oldest wood, coming from old log homes dating back to 1740 through 1783. The wood used is oak, walnut and other hard woods. The leftover branches were cut into three-foot lengths, and then shaving axes were used to make pliable plaster lath strips. Nothing was wasted.

The flags are painted, stained and finished on the back with paper. We reproduce all 30 American Flag from the first three trying to be the first in 1776 to the present of 50 Stars. The Flags are recorded on the back with the States and dates to when they were ratified into the Union.
